Pat Witkowski is President of Infinity Transport Consultancy. Pat's career spans nearly three decades with business successes in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and the Middle East. Chief among his leadership and management accomplishments are:

• Directing contract specialists, engineers, technologists, program managers and financial analysts during major aviation and aerospace programs around the world
• Developing strategic plans and operating budgets for key industry leaders that produce commercial aircraft, military aircraft, advanced technology systems and mass transit systems
• Developing training programs for contract administrators, procurement specialists and program managers - many for teams where English was their second language
• Directing daily operations for commercial marketing and sales campaigns in seventeen (17) countries
• Serving as Chief Consultant for TANO Capital - Asia Pacific Projects
• Serving as President of an Advanced Technologies Group dealing primarily in Foreign Military Sales
• Serving as Chief Operating Officer for an International Aviation Co-Production Program
• Introducing advanced laser compression and cyber security technologies to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and UK Ministry of Defence (MoD)
• Monitoring inventory and distribution processes for the Mass Transit Railway Corporation in Hong Kong

David Martin

David Martin is Senior Vice President of Finance for Infinity Transport Consultancy. His career spans nearly three decades of international financial and strategic management across a variety of industries in the Asia Pacific and Middle East arenas. Chief among his leadership and management accomplishments are:

• Directing multinational corporations in global finance, operations, audits and administration
• Reengineering business units across functional lines
• Directing cross border transactions
• Developing financial services entities, directing acquisitions and mergers and designing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Initiating and successfully delivering regional front and back office IT systems
• Mediating disputes
• Developing financial models for a range of diverse Asia Pacific enterprises
• Turning around failing businesses in Asia Pacific and the UK
• Completing a long tenure as CFO for Jardine Group

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Science and a certification in Mediation from Abilene Christian University.

Colm Plunkett

Colm Plunkett is Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for Infinity Transport Consultancy. Colm's career spans nearly two decades of financial and strategic management in government and the private sector. Colm's Leadership and management accomplishments include:

• Developing and implementing successful business strategies in the global aerospace market
• Increasing the profitability and growth of three aerospace manufacturing plants in the U.S.
• Negotiating multi-year contracts with the United States Department of Defense (DoD), North American and European based companies.
• Initiating forward utilization rates programs for the United States Defense Contract Audit Agency.
• Leading due diligence, financial valuations, negotiations, and bank financing for corporate acquisitions, divestitures
• Directing treasury, corporate finance, and risk management functions for a multi-national distributor of precious metals
• Developing and implementing of systems and strategies to streamline operations and improve profitability
• Establishing offshore manufacturing facilities in South America, South East Asia and the Caribbean.
  

Liam Dunne

Liam Dunne is Senior Vice President of Aviation Programs. Liam's career spans more than two decades in a variety of industries in the areas of product development and manufacturing management with particular emphasis in aviation and aerospace. Liam's leadership and management accomplishments include:

• Holding key positions in the numerous major aircraft modification programs resulting in the issuance of Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) and Parts Manufacturing Authority (PMA) by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) to support DC-8, DC-9, B-727 and B-707 Aircraft
• Being part of the management team of an FAA approved Repair Station
• Serving as Vice President of Manufacturing for a successful aerospace company and being accountable for the Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Production divisions
• Directing Program Management Teams for Commercial and Military Aircraft Programs including the Q400 NextGen Turboprop and the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter
• Serving as the Corporate Director of Supply Chain in the aerospace sector for three aerospace manufacturing operations
• Providing aerospace asset management consulting services for financial institutions
• Introducing revolutionary building materials into model codes in the United States
• Contributing as a committee member on national standards and codes organizations including ASTM and IAPMO
  

Howard Thrall

Howard Thrall is Vice President Business Development, and we could not ask for a better leader. Howard is a highly skilled executive that has successfully identified, acquired and developed new business enterprises around the globe for nearly twenty five years. Chief among his leadership and management accomplishments are:

• Generating over $15+ billion in direct new aircraft sales in Asia
• Structuring international financing mechanisms
• Building and leading sales & marketing teams that generate sales internationally
• Developing strategic manufacturing alliances
• Managing three successful start-up operations
• Serving on the Board of Directors for two publicly traded companies
• Serving as Vice President Business Development at AAR Corp.
• Assisting in opening the door for leasing or otherwise financing commercial aircraft in Vietnam
• Receiving seven awards for sales and marketing excellence
• Creating strategic roadmaps for international “multi-billion dollar product launch” decisions
• Leading projects that expand the global footprint of aviation and aerospace

Howard earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of California, Berkeley. Howard also holds a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Berkeley as well.
